If you wish to be able to place manual orders on Hipshipper you have to have a store in your 'Marketplace Accounts' page.  However, if you do not wish to connect an eBay store or if you don't have one and wish to create manual orders, you will need to create a 'virtual' store, which is very easy to do, simply follow these steps:

1. Log into you Hipshipper account at https://www.hipshipper.com

2. On the top right hand corner, click on 'Settings' and select 'Marketplace Accounts', the 'Add a New Account' popup will open.

3. Click on the 'Hipshipper' option (the bottom option), in the 'Store Name' state the name in which you want this option to appear (does not have to be a real store).   
In the 'Store Email' insert a real email address.
Click 'Add Account'.

You should now see the new entry in the list in the 'Marketplace Accounts' page.

Now, when you place a new order, and you must select a 'Store', you can select the name of the virtual store you just created.
