To ship an item internationally to the buyer using the Hipshipper service, you must first send it to our shipping center at the address specified in the Hipshipper order.


Sometimes, you may have cases where the tracking shows the package as "Delivered," but the Hipshipper order still remains in "Awaiting Shipment" status. Upon investigation, we often find that the courier delivered the package to the wrong address.


To help reduce such cases of misdelivery, we strongly recommend adding Delivery Instructions when placing your order with the supplier, if that option is available.

Here is the recommended text for the "Delivery Instructions":

Based on the mentioned delivery instructions, the packages are to be delivered into the big boxes you see in the photo below.

If you source your items from Amazon, use the following Delivery Instructions in the last field of the Amazon shipping form, and use the other setting as shown in the screen-capture below:

Delivery ONLY in BACK — between BLDG 9 and 11, Bay 10 — Hipshipper — INSIDE the BIG BLUE PLASTIC CONTAINERS.
